Well, my 30 days has come and gone. I ended up with 16/30 days. Basically half. Initially, I was mildly disappointed. Especially after having my goal to be 30/30. After a short lived disappointment, I stopped and realized that it also averaged out to be every other day – and that sounds a hell of a lot better to me than “half of the time.”
What I did learn is that when I exercise when I want to I actually enjoy it. Not all weeks will be perfect and that’s alright. Next week we’re looking at weather in the 70s – which means I’ll be outside: running, walking, biking, and living – because I like it.

We got ANOTHER dumping of snow this past weekend. I resorted to more mall walking. It is currently 19F here (feeling like 10F with the wind) so please, enjoy your 70 and have a drink on a patio for me! I think that spring forgot us here in Canada this year. Can’t wait to take advantage of the spring when it finally comes though! So much to explore in the new neighbourhood and new places to walk/run/bike to
