We are nearly the exactly the same weight on the same day. I have been on this journey for 1.5 years. I have changed up a few times, but just moved back to WW as my logs show I was losing 2x the weight on that program than basic low cal and / or low carb. Anyway, as a fellow (but older) Atlantan I wanted to just say good luck on your continuing journey :-
Thank you!
Congratulations on your journey so far!!! You have had success. As you move on be dedicated, determined, and keep motivated. Good luck with your goals.
Thanks!
Awesome Chick! I started this journey for the upteenth time in 2010 at 330 lost 80, gained back 60. We started on January 7th at WW and I am down 65. Wishing you the best on your journey. Rock it, Girl!
Thanks so much! I totally understand the yo-yo’ing and frustration behind it! Congrats on your current loss. 🙂 Don’t be a stranger.
