Back on WW and I’m a happy woman. I forgot how easy WW is and how good I feel on it. I stopped in attempt to save money 2 years ago and thought I’d just “calorie count” on my own. Yeah – fail – didn’t work. I just stopped losing weight.
Well, I lost 6.6 pounds in week one of Weight Watchers.
I tracked all weekend despite struggling to stay on plan and I havent been crazy with the scale!
I’m a good place. Though, I’ll be honest. I am concerned about my points when I start training for my tri’s in March. I’m contemplating just upping my fruit intake even more and playing with that before anything else.
Well – back to my roast chicken, avocado, cheese and veggie sandwich! Mmmm 🙂
