Skinny Taste has a whole recipe involving these “zoodles” (Zucchini noodles – do you see what they did there? Bahahaha). If you own one, please let me know your thoughts! It’s a very intriguing concept to me and it may soon be living in my kitchen….

I read somewhere else about the Zyliss Julienne Peeler that does almost the same thing. I ordered it and it will be here tomorrow. Going to make Pad Thai with zucchini. “Zoodles”, that’s funny!

Also, the Zyliss peeler is about $20 cheaper, yikes!
I just bought something like this! Different brand but same concept. So. Good. Had bolognaise on zucchini noodles. Twirled them on my fork and everything 🙂 Get one! (Or just get a julienne peeler I bought one of those too and it works basically just as well… Just straight noodles not twirly).
