My nephew requested a Batman cake for his birthday so I took it as an opportunity to do some stacking and fondant covering since I havent before. It’s a homemade stacked vanilla/white & chocolate cake with a neon yellow buttercream and homemade marshmallow fondant. All in all – I am quite pleased with my result.
