The exercise storm that is. Kevin is also getting back to the fitness which is immensely helpful for me. In fact, this week we’ve started the infamous Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred. Dun dun dun…. The funny store behind it is that I bought it maybe 5 years ago. Well, I can recall doing about 5 minutes of level one and being like, “Well, I’m done with that nonsense.” I put it on a shelf and called it a day for 5 years. I can remember the jumping jacks and hating every second of my life and myself for being so big. This go round I was able to complete the entire first level workout without almost dying. Was it hard? Yes. Was I sweating bullets? Yes. Did I complete one 30 minute workout on day one and have Kevin say he’d do it with me so I did it again, for a second time in one day? Absolutely. I owned that shit. Can I barely walk/cough/laugh/move today after only doing it 3 times? You’re damn right. But I’ll keep on!
I like this a hell of a lot better than running in 90+ degree temps.
I’ve missed the last two weigh ins at WW due to life happening, but I’m still tracking and making good choices. 🙂
